Citation Issues

I wish to cite an online transcription of a newsletter.  The transcription was made by the person whose website contains the transcription.  I've come up with this possible citation:

I have a question regarding a citation for a locally created birth and/or death certificate that is referenced by volume and page number at a local office. I am a beginning family historian researching my French-Canadian ancestors.

I have been using the model in Section 7.37 of EE to cite entries from the Drouin collection (images of church records/transcriptions), but have two question about another source that contains some facts derived from Drouin, and links SOME information to Drouin.  Entries in PRDH are identified by a "certificate number".

If I find a record in PRDH, and click through to Drouin, do I only cite Drouin?

Hello there, I'm new to posting but not new to the forum.

I use Tom Tryniski's website "Fulton History" frequently in my research, that being said I want to be confident that I'm forming accurate citations. Looking at my older citations, I did something like this:

Now that you can order color JPEGs of the original draft cards for $7 a pop, I couldn't resist buying a few. I'm a bit lost as to how to cite them though. For those of you not familiar with the process, you place an order, and then you're emailed JPEGs of the front and back of the original card.

I have read the various forum entries regarding citing atDNA results as well as 4.10 from EE, "Citing Genetic Sources for History Research Evidence Style," and the QuickLesson 21.  Based on all of those it seems it is less complicated than anticipated. 

I want to cite a "match" from a particular test taker's results.  This is what I have come up with. Is it correct?

My question is likely an issue of personal preference, but I would like some input and advice. I currently use the following format for rural grave marker citations...

I wrote to the Massachusets secritarty of state and they provided a  "copy of record of death" for someone who died in 1850.  Given how I understand records work from that erra, I think they consulted the registry and filled out the certificate.  They provided the year, volume, page and item number for the record.  I'm just not sure what model to use.  It's an official document with seal, so I'm not sure if I should cite it as a certificate or as a register model.

I have crafted a citation for a land record archived at the Maryland State Archives online land records database. The citation is based on EE 3.16 Digital Archive Records, Online Databases with Images.

I have found two different online content providers of digital images of the same newspaper (neither one being an online archive by that newspaper).  Based on the example in EE (3rd), #14.22, at the bottom of page 808, it appears to me that it's appropriate or okay for me to have a single source list entry, referring just to the newspaper, with the online websites simply showing up in the various reference notes.  Is that correct?  Thanks.
