I was pleased to see that my trusty copy of Evidence Explained includes an example of how to cite Griffith's Valuation (11.63).
The Source List Entry example is:
Griffith, Richard. General Valuation of Rateable Property in Ireland...Union of Ballycastle...County of Antrim. Dublin: Alex. Thom and Sons, for her Majestry's Stationery Office, 1861. Digital images available at "Griffith's Valuation," The Origins Nework. http://www.originsnetwork.com: 2009
I've looked for publication information on Griffith's, and I haven't been able to find anything as specific as the Alex. Thom and Sons reference. Also, I'm a little confused about the 1861 date for Antrim, since according to according another source (A Practical Guide to the Valuation of Rent in Ireland with an Appendix Containing Some Extracts from the Instructions Issued to Valuators in 1853 by the last Sir R Griffith, Bart. published in 1881), the date of issue of valuation for Antrim was 10 July 1862.
As I go forward with recording my many, many Griffith's records, would it be correct to use this format replacing the union and county names and the publication dates I have for each county?

The publication data was taken (in 2006, when the first edition was prepared) from the front page of the imaged volume at the source cited. Your own citation, however, should reflect what you use.
