I wish to cite a book to show that the publishers of that book were in existence in a particular year.

I do not have that book in my possession and I cannot find a digital copy of that book online.

The information that I have on hand about the book comes from WorldCat.

Here is the citation that I have come up:

Online Computer Library Center, Inc., WorldCat, database (http://www.worldcat.org : accessed 17 March 2015), W[illiam] A[lfred] McAtee, The Shadow of the Saloon. Sermon Preached at the Presbyterian Church, Madison, Wis., Dec. 8, 1889 (Madison, Wisconsin: Tracy, Gibbs & Co., 1889).

For the need (or no need) to include "Inc.," "Ltd.," etc., when citing companies, see EE 12.1.
