Citing a Bookplate

I have found two books my mother won at school as prizes. Pasted into the front of each is a plate with the date, the name of the school and the prize she won.  How do I cite this?

Jennyjoyce, when we encounter oddities and wonder how to handle them, it helps to consider what the situation might be similar to.

In this case, how do you cite a family page from a Bible? The situation is the same. You have a book that needs to be identified. Someone stuck and/or wrote something in that book, and its the addition that you need to call attention to. You also need to identify where that specific copy of the book is located because the special item is not in any other copy of that book. See 3.27 "Bibles with Family Data."
