When citing online databases for passenger lists (EE4 §12.15, example 5), should we include the full range of the passenger list or only the image or images that our target person appears on? Additionally, would you recommend that users include the ending number (e.g., image 638-39 of 952)?

Hello, mbcross. Yes, to both. As with a journal article or any type of online document, it's best to cite the full document for its context, as well as the specific page on which a specific name appears. Often, too, with documents, part of the details we need to capture to identify the source and its time frame will be on the first and last pages of the document, not just the page on which we find the name-of-interest.
