Citation Issues

I received a patient summary record for a 2x-great-grandfather's admission to a state hospital, and I've begun to craft the citation:

H. H. Wilkerson patient summary record, case no. 17459, Rusk State Hospital, Rusk, Texas, 14 November 1950; privately held by mbcross.

I left the creator block blank because it would have introduced repetition. Because I received this document via email, would you suggest including a layer for that?

I've crafted this citation for a birth record found in a database on Ancestry. I'm less certain about the "citing..." layer. I will admit that I added Baton Rouge although that was not in Ancestry's information about where it obtained the information.

I am seeking guidance on the proper citation treatment for two digital images of what appears to be the same Québec civil vital register entry, accessed through two different repositories, where the images differ materially.

I thought I'd try constructing a Family Historian 7 template to generate a citation in the style from the 4th edition of Evidence Explained, but am not sure if I interpreted things correctly.

Here is what I have for the marriage record of Joseph François Paul Aubin and Cecile Patricia Carole Todd, taken from their government certificate.

I've run across an issue I've never had before. My ancestor's marriage record starts in one record file (it's actually 3 files for the same year) and then continues in the second file.  How do I cite this? The majority of the information is in the second file, but the date and location are in the first.

If you have a long paragraph of citations from the same database, what can be eliminated from the subsequent notes? I am trying to shorten some notes to fit a defined space. Insofar, I have already eliminated repetition of the link to the database, but can I safely eliminate items such as the descriptive "database with images"?

I am looking at this citation and questioning whether I have left anything out. I have the name of the document being cited and the access layer, but I am questioning whether to include the full file name (Bounty Land Warrant Application File for Pah-Me-Tah (Pah-Metak)). I realize this is the name NARA has assigned to the this file, but it does appear to be a correct description of the file.

Would you be able to assist me with a citation for a Freedmen's Bureau Register of Colored Persons? I want to make sure I'm doing it properly. If it's not too much to ask. I looked in EE, but didn't see one for this type of document.

When citing online databases for passenger lists (EE4 §12.15, example 5), should we include the full range of the passenger list or only the image or images that our target person appears on? Additionally, would you recommend that users include the ending number (e.g., image 638-39 of 952)?

I have a complete Compiled Military Service Record file for a Civil War soldier. I believe I know how to cite the full record when I am writing more generally about the soldier's service. But I would like to cite one item in the record: his "Certificate of Disability for Discharge," Form 12, when I am writing about the reason for his discharge. Is there a format for citing a part of a Compiled Military Service Record? Could it be: "Certificate of Disability for Discharge," in Compiled Military Service Record, [soldier], Pvt., Co.
