Many genealogy programs include a "relationship calculator". How would one cite the "relationship calculator" as the source for the stated relationship in a sentence such as: "John Doe was the uncle of William Smith."

I’m puzzled by what seems to me to be an inconsistency in EE4’s construction of subsequent reference notes for state-level vital records certificates and register pages viewed as online images. Sect. 11.39, p. 451, subsequent note 13, does not mention the website. That’s as I expected for a subsequent note. However, Sect. 11.40, p. 453, subsequent note 13, reads:
“Texas Deaths, 1890–1976,” FamilySearch, certificate image, Walter Preston Morse, 1942, no. 2908.
I've crafted the following citation, but my real question is whether I need to indicate that the records are only available to view at FamilySearch Centers and affiliate libraries?

A colleague has me rethinking my citations for NYC vital records found online. Our differences lie in layer 2 and how we each interpret the website. Perhaps you can provide some insight on how to best cite it? Here are our examples…

I recently have been verifying my sources in Family Tree Maker. I discovered that the database name has changed. When I did my research originally there were numerous database titles for "Pennsylvania Death Certificates, [years covered]. I have sources with dates ranging from 1906-1963 to 1906-1970 for various people in my tree. Now when I verify the source there is only one date for the database, i.e. "Pennsylvania, U.S., Death Certificates, 1906-1970". Should I change my source entries to reflect this?
Hello. I'm trying to create a source citation for a "book/atlas". It contains information relative to Fulton County, Ohio. This information is in the form of plot maps, county historical information, images (not plot maps) and personal histories. I'm thinking I should cite this as a book, but, I could use a little guidance. Below is what I have. There isn't an author, compiler, etc. noted. Any help/ insight greatly appreciated. Thank you.
